The goals of USTC Enterprise Management are to prepare high level of researcher and manager with understanding of national and international enterprise management theory and practice for enterprises to enhance their competitive advantages. This disciplinary emphasize the integration of theory and practice, which require the students to attach importance to enterprise theory and methodology, as well as familiar with the economy, legal and financial knowledge regarding to enterprise management.

Administration Management
The goals of USTC Administration Management are to prepare personnel with solid foundation and systematic knowledge, and understand the cutting-edge advancements and development current of the discipline. The graduates are capable to research, analyze and solve problems independently, and have competitive advantage in domestic and foreign universities and research institutes, finance firms and enterprises and government departments.
